Author Quentin D. Washington is an U.S. Army (Retired) Sergeant Major, He’s continuing to serve within communities. His passion and goal remains to motivate young people; especially those who are potentially on the wrong path.

Too often young people let distractions deter them from their dreams. Through practical stories - Coach Q empowers youth to harness their confidence, defend against peer pressure, and live through purpose.
He carries out his purpose, while operating in 4 areas (LUCY) named after his Mom, who is responsible for his successful upbringing!
